INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICE AT FAUCET AT UTILITY SINK.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. INSTRUCTED TO LABEL BULK FOOD CONTAINERS AT DRY STORAGE AREA.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE CARDBOARD LINING FROM RACKS AND SHELVES. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL RAW WOOD SHELVINGS IN TOILET ROOM AND REAR DRY STORAGE AREA.

Shielding to protect against broken glass falling into food shall be provided for all artificial lighting sources in preparation, service, and display facilities. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SHATTER PROOF BULB FOR LIGHT BULB AT VENTILATION HOOD.
Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SELF CLOSING DEVICE AT TOILET ROOM DOORS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN RACKS IN REFRIGERATOR, INTERIOR OF COOKING EQUIPMENT, AND MAINTAIN SAME.
