Cooked Chicken, cooked pork and cooked fish in a steam table that is not turned on in the kitchen. **Warning** At the callback inspection observed cooked chicken at 74°, cooked fish at 70°and cooked rice at 86°being stored in a steam table in the kitchen. Food was not properly reheated before being placed into hot holding.
