Manager stated items were stocked 3 1/2 hours ago, recommended quick chilling then maintaining at 41 degees F or below. Repeat Violation.
  • Critical. Potentially hazardous food not held at 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above, chili 113-116 degrees F and sausage gravy 116-131 degrees F in steam table. Manager stated items were stocked in unit 5 hours ago. Stop sale issued.
