I am Chinese and while most are somewhat a little xenophobic, most Chinese people basically just hate the Japanese a lot. Chinese people care very little about the rest of the world.

Interesting poll results!

Are the Chinese placing AIDS and Ebola in Africa? If not, they are not hurting them in my opinion. In fact, if they are exploiting Africa, they have to be seen as the lesser of the two evils between them in and the western world.

This. Look at south Africa. That will tell you whom is exploiting whom. And last I heard, De Beers is not a Chinese company.

Oh, and according to this guy, the people getting sick and spreading diseases are the people getting shots from the Red Cross. Just like the people who contracted Aids when they first received the small pox vaccines. HIV also has a US patent by some racist scientist.

Both exploit and are bad for Africans, the Chinese provide assistance but dont help nurture the skills that would bring about self sufficiently, for example the road they build is mostly done on chinese labour and when it wastes away the country is left helpless; their help brings short term benefit and all this occurs whilst . But westerners are worse, whilst the Chinese atleast build infrastructure that can be put to use westerners throw money at it that only perpetuates the cycle of dependancy.
