Sales tax in Fairhope is 6%. We are on Mobile Bay, and Baldwin county has great schools. Wonderful quality of life. Mobile is close by, giving you more opportunities for jobs. We have very low property taxes and if you are more than 2000 from the bay, your insurance is not high.

Sales tax in Fairhope is 6%. Property is abundant and 5 minutes from downtown you are in the country if you wish. Mobile Bay provides all kinds of water activities. Gorgeous sunsets, artsy town, great Baldwin county schools....it's heaven. Ck out rolandneeson.com for info on real estate, prices, ect.
