get names of homeowners insurance companies and see if there are restrictions on getting insurance, if you need a rider policy etc....in this state (MA) if you fail to disclose you have any breed of dogs listed as a "high risk breed" an your dog injures or harms someone....insurance will not cover damages....as far as home prices...many site to check on home listings and prices.

Not many AK-anythings back in 1910. And Gatling guns were too cumbersome to carry around, but they would have impacted that wolf encounter.
