Default Alaskan Photos

u r killing me
Lived Ak 17 yrs, left for HI.
Crap happens ended up five years later in Ut (shutter)
Now in Az.
Your photos are beautiful. I have been in all of those places and saw the same.
I am sooooo homesick!
Will be coming home soon! Once I decide I make it happen!
I know that is not something someone in AK wants to hear. At least it wasn't when I lived there. But AK has always been home to us.
It may take me awhile but will be there before grandchild starts school. Just like I did it 30 yrs ago when we moved to AK with our son. Just before he started school.
Can't wait to come home.
Really appreciate the pictures.

Note the lack of ice! Used to be you could see ice out there, especially with an onshore breeze. It's been blowing onshore for 3 days but still no ice to be seen. Would have made for a better picture. Floyd you have any ice up and over your way?

I was talking to a friend of mine from Kotlik---she said that what she's noticed is that they aren't having breakup like they did anymore---its been more of a melt, instead.
