Was out flying around and landed at the Wasilla Airport and saw this old Howard airplane sitting there, it is in really nice condition... It was built sometime in the 1930's or so.





Somebody did a "Funny" on the Howard's Engine... any guesses?

alright...I'll take a guess at the engine....The DGA-11,nine-cylinder 450 horsepower Pratt & Whitney Wasp Junior radial engine????

Now correct me if I am wrong...they didn't make too many of these planes with this engine?? yes..no??? They plane was made but with several different engines...kinda an option of engine when purchasing the plane???
