Exactly. Certainty in one's belief that the US Govt will "ef" up everything it touches doesn't require science, merely simple observation.

Yes. The way it is now that some sick freak does not have to register in the state of Alaska as a sex offender if his crime was committed before Aug. 1994. Now of course that's a long time ago, people can reform, what the f ever, but it leaves us vulnerable to the likes of let's say someone like David Kazarian, a FL sex offender who is also a pedophile rights activist. There is little to stop him moving for instance to a place like Big Lake, not having to register with the state, and continuing to advocate for the rights of pedophiles...

Now I do know that in Alaska, sex offenders have to disclose their internet activities even down to what sites, chat rooms, et al that they visit under whatever user names they choose, such as alaskalive.net or some such. But if they aren't registered because of this loophole, they are free to continue their advocacy of the sexual abuse of children.

Oh my goodness. The shock of it all. Do you mean to tell me that this person is a member here? What a small world it is.

It is on topic in terms of legislation that is needs to be rectified in the State of Alaska. When was it against TOS to post pertinent links to a subject that is all very readily available on the internet?

And besides...I ain't allowing no pedophiles to post pictures of young girls and pose as a young lady when in reality they are a low life pedophile. Alaskalive should have thought of all that before he started posting here. What a lowlife. i can only hope a new governor can change the laws here to keep that trash from moving here in hopes of hiding themselves from the fine folks that reside here.

The article on this site is illustrative of how the state Supreme court decision made it possible for sex offenders in other states to move here and not have to register here:

Alaska Supreme Court Declares Sex Offender Registration Law Unconstitutional : West Palm Beach Criminal Lawyer Blog

Note one of the user nicks on one of the comments.

Alaskans are generally pretty forgiving people who tend to mind their own business. A shady past is often overlooked in favor of who the person is in the present...

but when someone in the present is active in "pedophile rights" and a member of some of the truly sickening organizations that the person in question is, the people of that community have every right to know that.

One thing you need to understand about Alaska...I have seen this almost all of my life...is that the people here will look out for one another.

You brought this on yourself. You could have risen above it long ago. You chose not to. You also chose to spam your site all over this forum. Some of us went there and what we saw was very suggestive of child porn. Crotch shots of little girls--albeit clothed. Don't be whining now that people did what you wanted and went to your sick freaky site.
You have chosen instead to become someone rather infamous, and I think that you came here to hide.

Good luck with that, now.

I'd say too bad alaskalive's thread was removed. It should stay here as a warning and a lesson for others about voicing their suspicions when spotting behavior like that.
And Kazarian has shown many times over that there is no cure for his mind. There are places that medicate such people 24/7 and one bed in there should have his name on it.
