Honestly, I believe Qwest is scamming and scumming! I think they know exactly what they are doing. I can't wait to take their butts to court!
Ugh.... PNM. I've been trying for months to get them to send our bill to our house not to the old post office box in ABQ. So far no luck.

Sign up for paperless statements and get a PDF statement
emailed to you once a month.

I can't imagine wanting a paper bill if paperless is available.

Life's too short to open envelopes.

Now now, I didn't wail. LOL It just ticks me off that these people are too dumb to know what a change of address is.

I don't want my bills emailed. I want paper ones that I keep my receipt from. I've had too many computers crash to want to lose any more information.

Printer. Instant gratification.

But but but but.....if they cannot process a change of address, is there any guarantee they would even send the bill to the right email address? LOL

Would I have to pay the bill online or just print off and mail in the payment? We don't pay any bills online.

AlisonL wonders some more:

> Would I have to pay the bill online or just print off and mail in the payment?

Nah. Print and (snail)mail.

> We don't pay any bills online.

Life's also too short to write paper checks.

Do you have a link to sign up for paperless with PNM? I've looked all over their site and don't see it. They are the only bill that still comes through the mail.

Thanks!
