The leftists here love them some Sinema.

Illegal caravans, repeal tax cuts, activist judges, Chuck & Nancy, "free" healthcare for everyone that crosses the border...what's not to like?

New NBC poll has Sinema up 6 pts from McSally. Not sure how Sinema is ahead of McSally especially with all the skeletons and baggage she has. Must be all the ex-Californians moving here like cockroaches.

Ex-Californians aren't the ones who vote liberal. They usually leave California because they AREN'T liberal.

Most Arizona natives are actually moderate-to-liberal because they've lived their entire lives there and want to see some change.

Explain then why are former red states like Colorado and Nevada consistently voting in blue candidates? Look at Jared Polis running for governor in Colorado, he's pro single-payer health care, wants an all-renewable electric grid, likes a state-funded full-day preschool, etc.

Keeps spewing lies, we all believe it. In the end, California is a cancer to the country and needs to be cut out before it effects the whole country.

Actually, most of the people leaving California are either the ones cashing out on the million-plus dollar real estate, or lower income Hispanics. They are moving to states where prices are much lower. That means that not only are people who hate the politics are leaving, but also people who just want to move somewhere cheaper but actually like the politics of the state.

In many cases, yes. Most of all, they're sick of the high cost of living and are looking for less expensive options. Arizona isn't exactly cheap, but it's more affordable overall than CA.

Native Arizonans come in all shapes, sizes, and political views ... however, most of us are fiscally conservative. We prefer lower taxes and less government spending, which is one big reason why AZ continues to be somewhat of a red state. On social issues, most of us have a "we don't give a damn" attitude, and are generally opposed to intrusive laws governing our personal lives. I personally don't mind change, so long as it's change for the better. The way CA changed from a moderately conservative state to one controlled by leftist bureaucrats is not the kind of change most of us want.

I am sick of ALL those ads and will be glad when the election is over! I don't want to see/hear politicians talk "dirty" about one another. I want to know what their policies are and what they want to do for their constituants. I realize that it's just what happens when they are competing but it's ugly and gets old fast. Then, after the election, they are all buddy buddy. Hypocritical to say the least.

Nevada has never been a red state.

Too much sin to be thumping bibles

NV was more yellow Libertarian in the past than currently especially with Vegas being a big influence on state politics. CO on the other hand was more like AZ currently during the 80s.

Nevada was never a true "red state". It was always purple, at best. Now, it's more of an indigo.

The reason Nevada leans Democratic is because 75% of the population is concentrated in an urban area (Las Vegas) and another 15% is concentrated in Reno/Sparks. People concentrate in urban areas because those are the job centers.

The growth of the Front Range metro area (Denver/Boulder/Col. Springs/Ft.Collins) in Colorado is creating a large urban mass there as well.

People move to Nevada and Colorado from New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Minnesota, Oregon, Washington and many other "blue" states, not just California.

Colorado's educated population has risen significantly, which is also a reason why it is now leaning Democratic.
