Yes, that temp was taken in North Scottsdale about 2 weeks ago. It was showing 113 in the shade, so I propped it up against some prickly pear in the sun and it skyrocketed to about 125-126 in the sun. Inside my brother's truck it was showing 135, absolutely insane!!!!!!!! ![]() And the tarantula? I found it at about 2 am on June 18th in my father-in-law's yard. I captured it and released it at the Phoenix Mountain Preserves, where I took that photograph. |
