Looks like other than today we are just about out of the Jan. weather crisis. Of course, since the year we moved here, Feb has been the worst. I guess we should expect one or two more storms before the spring warm up comes.

Sunrise was beautiful this morning. We had a light dusting of snow over the ice from the two days before. The result was bright white trees as far as I could see. It started melting within a couple hours of sunrise.

We've had some great weather lately, very Spring-like but that's all about to end. Accumulating snow Tuesday night although the temps aren't looking too cold.

With the warmer than usual weather, Scenic Hwy 7 has been filled with bikers and hot rods. I guess they were just so excited to be able to joy ride in February. My son and I saw a group of Challengers / Chargers today. He's a car guru and I know he said he saw 3 hellcats and a superbee. There were probably about 15, all different colors, racing stripes, etc.

Love you picture. It looks like we are about a month ahead of ourselves this year, but we do need some moisture and my guess, is we will still get some in the form of freezing rain and snow. Several years since we have moved here we have had some pretty heavy snow in March.

mother nature isn't always fair is she? We need the rain we are getting, not too much, just a constant sprinkle most of the day, which will be over, probably today or tomorrow and then, like you say, SoAR is getting flooded as well as La. and parts of Texas.
