Sanya has a beautiful beach scene and a city to match, and that would be equivalent to Honolulu. it's been called China's Hawaii.

I've always thought HCMC as chaotic while Hanoi is the classier city.

Manila is too polluted and messy to be compared with Miami. Cebu would be a better choice, with better and cleaner beaches and a rich colonial history. Population wise, they are more or less on the same level.

Physically, Anchorage and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy look similar, have similar features(seismic activity, cold climate, sitting under a bit mountain). Military influences are also a factor.

I didn't know that you had meant "Cebu City". When I think "Cebu", I think of the island. One reason I picked Manila.

New Orleans can be very chaotic too.

By saying just Cebu and not Cebu City, it can confuse people. Remember that for next time.

Although isn't Bangkok looked upon as a city of vice, LA may never be looked upon as a land of "morality" but it's not known for it's red lights districts, sounds more like Vegas in that respect
