Your blindly prejudiced devotion to a fallacy?

The biggest problem some Christians have is they think "the bible says" means anything to us.

They often claim to know the answer to things which are unknown(ie the origin of the universe) even though they have no evidence to support that what they claim is true is actually true. Have you ever wondered if theists(not all of them) are the fools?

Until you can demonstrate the cosmological argument to be false, I'll agree with the verse.

Sorry...I didn't read through 4 pages in detail. Would you like to give me a recap?

Kdbrich, it has been explained to you countless times why the cosmological argument is illogical although you refuse to accept anything that contradicts your beliefs. Not to go off on a tangent, but you fail to realize that just because you don't know the answer to how the universe began naturally doesn't automatically mean god is the answer. The only explanation that you can give is 'god did it.' This is neither a scientific nor satisfactory explanation.
Theists often claim to know the explanation to things that there is not yet an explanation for although they have less than no evidence to prove they're right. All they have are value judgements and logical fallacies. A good example of a logical fallacy is your own cosmological argument. Theists claim that their beliefs are backed by logic and objective evidence when in actuality they're based on personal opinions. It seems that theists are the fools.

Hearts don't think. Either physically or metaphorically.

The fact that we believe in cause and effect in everything else in the universe...except the creation of said universe is the issue.

Until you can give a reasonable answer for what caused the universe to exist, then the reasonable, logical response would be that a creator caused it.
