I'll only speak of Atlanta. I know the bad areas of the city VERY well. a BIG flaw in the data is that it probably goes on REPORTED crimes. In the worst areas, the bulk of crimes go unreported, out of sight, out of mind. The area by the Georgia Dome should be adjusted several blocks to the West, around Kennedy st, where the open-air heroin market has been for three decades. The area by the aquarium is mystifying, Techwood Homes is gone and that area is fine. The other two are in Mechanicsville, which is rough. Nothing in Zone 3, nothing deep into Bankhead, nothing in the Bluff.... not correct.
