Do you guys know about hill country gallria shopping center on bee cave? Is that gonna be a good spot?

Could be, but even in a busy shopping center the exact location is critical for a fast food place. You need good visibility, and great in and out access for your customers.

Have you done this before? If not, I suggest you find an expert consultant to assist you.

I haven't been there in about a year, but there is a little food court right next to where the ampitheater is where the bands play. Is it a spot in that little food court? I don't know how much regular lunch time traffic that there is out there. The Hill Country Galleria is a nice upscale outdoor mall, but honestly, it's pretty far out for people in Austin to go there unless they have a good reason. You wouldn't drive out there from anywhere in Austin just to get lunch.

Yeah, but can you get plastic bags at the grocery stores ? THAT would be worth the trip!
