90% of USA travel I do via SWA

Can't beat free changes

I'm curious as to why anyone does the upgrade? Is it just to ensure they will get a window seat? I mean the first 15 rows are the same as the rest.

I will typically check in 20ish hours ahead of time, and have never not received a window seat. The only way it would make since, IMO, is if I can snag the exit row

its not 1st 15 rows its 1st 15 on the plane unless its a thru flight being one of the 1st 15 on gives you a real good chance at the exit row

I stopped flying SW when they kicked this beautiful girl on her way to a doctors appointment off the plane.

Southwest reaction to skimpy outfit out of line - Travel - News | NBC News

Since that time they have kicked thousands of people off for various reasons, been fined oodles for shoddy maintenance standards and skidded off runways 4 times.

A disaster waiting to happen IMHO.

Well, the 24 computer checkin is better than the old days. How many of you remember lining up an hour ahead of time to get a plastic boarding pass? Make sure you had the right color. LOL SW is not perfect but compared to others, I will take it. Flying is not fun anymore and I just buck it up. I don't care about the meals or other stuff. Just so long as they leave on time and arrive on time safely. That my bags arrive with me as well. It is not worth it to pay for upgraded status on the legacy carriers. JMHO.

Well what man would kick that beautiful woman out of the seat next to him. In addition to this, numerous people who "OFFEND" SWA are told to leave the plane. SWA behavior is far more unbecoming to this American than their paying guests ever have been. My letter to them at the time where I told them they could keep my 100,000 miles was published and long ago took the company by surprise. Now, if they make you save money you don't give a darn about the little guy...do ya?

The fact that you all think SWA is "wonderful" just goes to show how little you actually do care for the rights of other people and why should you? Why not refuse to support any company that tramples on the rights of people? Next time you all fly ya might want to think about that. These people are Americans also...Right?
