Baltimore is already rebuilding, organically, maybe not on your timeline, but it is happening. Sorry you had such a tough time at Towson University

DC is a pumped out swamp supported by every taxpayer in the nation. Calvert County is fertile farm land developed for people who endorse sprawl and polluting, long commutes.

"Stability and religion" are two things I don't value at this stage of my life. I'm an atheist in my early 20s not ready to settle down. So you citing those two things is not going to make Calvert County seem like a more attractive place to live for someone like me or for a lot of other people, including the OP who is just looking to visit for 3 months, so I don't think "stability and religion" are what he is seeking.

Very thoughtful. We will get right on it.

By the way, the city doesn't have the money to even begin to tear down the existing blocks of mostly vacant houses. Would you be willing to endorse coming up with the money to start demolition in largely vacant areas or would you start in Canton and Federal Hill?

You're the idea guy.

If I could give you 1000 reputation for this, I would.

I'm an Atheist as well!!!!!

However, I do believe people that are religious tend to (not always) have some sort of ORDER and BOTTOM LINE. So they are not going to break into your car to steal the 20 cents of change on your front seat.

OK, so you don't have any real ideas. You just hate everything about Baltimore City and everyone that lives there? If so, what is the point of continuing to post?

He's unhappy with his 1 hour + commute to carpet bag in DC, so he wants to rain on Baltimore
