Right. All crimes are equal. You forgot to include jaywalking. overtime parking, urinating in the woods, and going back to the buffet line without taking a new plate. (In Missouri there are signs up in the Ponderosa that says state law requires you to take a fresh plate when returning to the buffet. Equal to rapists and murderers, in your book.)

Illegals have 0 rights ! You just don't walk across the border illegaly and suddenly get rights because you did, and are a criminal for it.

Nothing in or under the CONS allows illegals anything, nor should it.
Every last one of them should be rounded up and sent back to mexico, no matter how long they have been here and no matter how many babies were born here and no matter what they do or worked for.
Any assets they have should be siezed by the USA. cars, homes, everything. Why? because they are criminals from another place, and didn't enter the USA by legal methods.
None of this appplies to anyone who did enter the USA legally.
I don't just mean hispanics either, but any one from anywhere in the USA with no documents, and by passing the LAW.
If they don't have to follow the law then no one does, and then there is 0 point of law.

Honestly, do you really think the rest of the world has nothing else to do than to watch to see what Arizona is going to do with the people who don't belong here? You know, those drug toting, law breaking criminals and all those who belong south of OUR borders?
Please provide a link where the information is about the whole rest of the world is sitting on the edge of their collective seats to see what Arizona is going to do.
Let's see. It costs us $60,000 a year to keep a prisoner incarcerated. Times a conservative ten million illegals. Wow. More than a half a trillion dollars to keep them in jail, not even counting the cost of building the jails. And not counting the courtroom costs of due process, which I think you might like to keep, just in case they pick you up by accident.
Then maybe we should just shoot them and put them out of our misery.
