I'm looking for a nice suburb in CA with tract homes. 250K is my maximum limit. I want to live in a city that is kind of big (150K-200K) and near the coat. I'm married with no kids. Does anywhere come to mind? I prefer to not live in the LA or Sacramento Area.

$250k in a populated area near the coast? Yeah, right. Them's inland prices.
