Which one would be better over all for a young person with money?

Which would you suggest over all better? What are the pro's and cons of each?

Both are places for young people with money, but HB is a much larger city than Hermosa. I did get the impression however that Huntington Beach is more youthful tho. Others may disagree.

I personally would prefer Hermosa-Redondo-Manhattan to HB because its closer to the Westside and Downtown LA but that's me.

I think that Hermosa is more youthful with lots of young people in a small area while Huntington is more spread. Huntington is more touristy yet more suburban while Hermosa is more urban and crowded with few tourists from outside the south bay or western LA County. I always recommend Hermosa, yet everyone that has asked ended up moving to Huntington.

Oh and if you surf, definitely Huntington.
