Wow, it must be nice if you can afford to live in the "real" California. I have just one question. If the GOP is so friendly towards big business and rich people, how is it that the areas with a lot of rich people and big business all voted blue? How is it that nearly every rural area with common everyday folk voted red? Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?

OK, that was more than one question.

I think a lot of voters in California vote on social issues. That would account for the red/blue split even though Republicans are supposed to be better for the rich.
