Lol, what a silly statement.
Santa Rosa has a population of over 175K. Your city of Hayward you live in is $158K
So I guess you live in a rural farmhouse then?

I live near by. I could sense the panic in the streets, I saw a lot of horse trailers coming down Chapman. I feel sad for those people.
Horse trailers, yeah that's definitely urban. That's about as urban as two greasers racing down a 2 lane highway surrounded by farmland/orange groves in 1951 mercury coupes and pursued by a cop on a 1957 Harley Davidson.

Ok Steven Spielberg. Nice hyperbole but it's still not rural, regardless of your opinion, it's just a fact.

Yep, horse trailers are as urban as a couple of metrosexual hipster techies hanging out at a cafe with no parking.

I don't see horse trailers ever on the peninsula except woodside, portola valley, or by highway 1/pescadero and only extremely rarely in the east bay. Incidentally the east bay is more rural than the peninsula(not by much but there are more rural areas).
