Of course this is true.

Americans are still dreaming about moving to California more than other states. Here are the top states where Americans wish to move:

California — 27%
Florida — 25%
Hawaii — 22%
New York — 19%
Colorado — 17%

I'd have never left California if I could have afforded to stay there. If I won the lotto, I'd move back in heartbeat.

California weighs down the country on that side, so all your fruits and nuts from other states roll in. So yes, you're welcome. Otherwise you'd still have them.

I really didn't need to see a list to know that. Of course, it's ultimately about the money. California is an E ticket ride and many simply cannot go on anything but the B and C ticket rides.

Every time I hear a person bash California I just know what they have is much less and worse.
The price of decent admission is more than some will ever have so they hate.

I agree 100%
It is also expensive to live here, esp. in a Tourist location but if you've owned your home for some time, then you'll usually do okay.

27% isn't that large of a percentage. And there are definitely parts of California worth it. I've been pretty happy where I'm at. I must be. Been in this area for over 60 years. I don't let politics rule my life. I pay more attention to the people who live around me and the good I see in my community.
