Then interior BC would be a better bet for mary du then at least as far as the weather is concerned. Not sure what the job market is like there though...

According to Statscan, Windsor went from 9.7% unemployment rate in Feb 2015 to 7.2% in Feb 2016. That's a pretty impressive drop in one year.
