I am Canadian living in USA and if I hadn t found my chiropractor I would not be able to function. After a MvA I was told to never got o one but got little other helt when i threw my back out and conventional medicine did nothing to help I resorted to A Chiro. And he was able to get my back into alignment and for the last 3 years I have been able to have a lot less pain than the previous 9 ! So I am a beleiver in Chiropractic medicine. However I do advise caution in choosing one!
I am a believer in it as well, but as everyone else pretty much knows, you have to know their limitations as well, and not to buy into crazy claims. But from the start, we understood that there are differences among practitioners. There are also several schools of thought in the field as well. My wife and I go for adjustments in order to relieve stress, and so far it hasn't cost us an arm or a leg or a back for that matter! We are much more suspicious and unhappy with standard medicine, although there is little choice but to go to a pediatrician for well baby check ups. But the sad state of affairs is a conversation for a different thread.
