What do francophones call these things that you find in American donut shops?

Filled donuts
Apple fritters
Cinnamon rolls
Long Johns
Cake donuts

I have 6 amazing bakeries within walking distance. Four French boulangeries, one Italian bakery and one Polish bakery, where they make the most delicious paczki, filled with apricot and plum.

KK lasted about 4 months in my city.

The first bite was alright, but I didn't like the way my teeth felt like they were melting afterwards.

I hate saying this, but I agree, Tim's doughnuts are not that great. I do like the coffee, though. Best doughnuts I ever had in Canada were Sunnyside Doughnuts in Bedford, NS. Not sure if they still exist.

I'll second that, way too sugary.

Also, Tim's doughnuts haven't been as good since they "downsized" them about 10 years ago

Some of the nicest donuts and other pastries, cakes and breads I've gotten in Vancouver have been at Duffins Donuts at 41st and Knight but they also sell a variety of other good stuff, like fried chicken, pupusas, horchata, Vietnamese sandwiches, torta subs, burgers, soups, other Phillipino, Asian and Latin foods.

I don't eat Tim's doughnuts either. The doughnuts are so dried, maybe that's they increase the cup sizes

I find this weird. maybe you're not looking for them, but Doughnuts are the new trendy food. Doughnuts are the new cupcakes.
