OMG, Dr. Richter is my sister's veterinarian! She raves about him, and said he has alternative holistic approaches she found strange seven years ago, but she became a fan shortly after he performed his magic on her kitties. I had no idea he was in the finals for the best veterinarian. Mary (sis) and I are going to vote every day, and Mary will get her friends to join in. I will ask fellow SPCA volunteers to vote, too, especially since Dr. Richter is local (in the East Bay).

This would have a huge impact on getting awareness out there on the evils of declawing.
