Just stating the obvious. Take it for what it's worth.

You're still here? You like contributing absolutely nothing, or are you just lost?

I upgrade when the battery starts not holding a charge very long anymore, and I have to keep it on a power bank. I also tend to buy the last year's model also.

Thanks to all of you for your input.

I've decided to wait to buy the Pixel 6 Pro when they don't have to be pre-ordered and are just "on hand" at the Verizon Store.

So 2022 then? The one I ordered should be here tomorrow. I'll share my first impressions. (It's not mine though as stated).

LOL!
Same here. She usually gives me her "old" phones, but I've been refusing them lately, I don't like the facial recognition stuff, and my iPhone 7 still works well enough.

If need be. My current Pixel will do me fine until general availability. I have a feeling by December they'll be quite available.

With the chip shortage I read in the paper apple may not have as manyphone 13's as they would like. And I'm guessing used phone prices will stay the same as they are now.

I keep mine as long as possible. My last one was a Samsung S4 that needed a replacement battery after three years. When they came out with the S9+, which has an awesome camera (good for my business as a Realtor), I gave in.
It's been a bit over three years; still have the original battery (I'm a heavy user), and am not ready/willing to spend the $$ on a new one.
