The other option is that if you have any friends or relatives who live in Berkeley county, there is a landfill off of Hwy 52 between Goose Creek and Moncks Corner that will take anything. You have to be a resident though so you would at least need to bring a Berkeley County resident with you if they check ID (though they never have when I went there).
