Anyone know why the Tall Ships Festival was cancelled for Charleston? I was looking forward to it...

They did visit Savannah harbor on the way up the coast...but no reason was given (that I saw), on why C Harbor was cancelled.

Ugh I didn't overeat at lunch but I am still full! The best way to describe the food is country cooking like your mom would make...plus a soup/salad bar and a few desserts. My absolute favorite part was the boston cream pie....YUM! My dh loved the fried chicken and beef stew and said we will be going back. It reminds me of when we used to go with our friends to the golf club and eat the brunch buffet. The only weird thing about it is that it's in a hotel with outdated decor (90s?), but there's plenty of parking and it's right in the main door... also they added on 17% gratuity automatically...the salad bar had tons of stuff on it and you can opt just to have that or the entire buffet. It was yummy

The gratuity isn't normal, they didn't add it when I went there. Maybe it was because it was the holiday?
