Does anyone know how difficult it is to get on at Amazon? I actually got a phone interview when living in Tennessee two years ago (for the Charleston locale) but now that I have a Charleston address, it appears to be more difficult.

We're relocating from a city where everything is included in our utility bill, from water to sewage to recycling to trash pick up. I know most places aren't like this. Does anyone know if North Charleston includes trash pick up in utilities?

Also, any personal recommendations for a mechanic close to North Charleston (even if it's not close, I'm willing to drive)?

Lastly, anyone want to give me a SC plate so I don't have to pay that awful personal property tax? Just kidding. I'm coming from a state with a 9.25% sales tax so I'm sure it will even out.

Thanks in advance!

I know at the main Amazon distribution facility in Columbia, the average wage is above minimum wage but not by much. Their main employment requirement seems to be able to stand on your feet for 6 hours and lift upto 50lbs.

Default Amazon

By Amazon I mean CreateSpace, which is a division of Amazon. Sorry I should have clarified!
