Well, I guess it's better than what they have now, but West Montague would sure have been a better site. Being closer to the airport would have been great too.

I thought it had just started. Lots of projects still on the planning table or waiting to get approved. Looks to me by time these projects that are known are finally built, it will be at lease two years.

I imagine traffic will get self regulated by available parking. Some places will eventually have to shuttle people in from parking outside the peninsula.
