Well, I guess it's better than what they have now, but West Montague would sure have been a better site. Being closer to the airport would have been great too.

Opening of new train, bus station planned next year - Post and Courier

I see so many cranes from my apartment sometimes, I feel i could swing from one to the other. This boom is in full effect.

I thought it had just started. Lots of projects still on the planning table or waiting to get approved. Looks to me by time these projects that are known are finally built, it will be at lease two years.
Big problem coming up! Too many cars on that small peninsular.

I imagine traffic will get self regulated by available parking. Some places will eventually have to shuttle people in from parking outside the peninsula.
