They are guessing 4.8mil for the year but just matching last years numbers gets us to 4.64~, assuming we match this months 8% increase over last year we get to 4.9mil and if match the year to date average of 14% (not likely due to January's huge increase thanks to last years Ice storm), we get to 5.1mil, personally 5mil seems like a pretty safe bet. It'd be pretty insane if we went from less than 4mil in 2017 to over 5mil in 2019....
Also, a flatiron-styled 8 1/2-story hotel with a rooftop bar is planned on the triangular lot at Mount Pleasant and Meeting with retail and public meeting space on the ground floor.

It seems this project went before the BAR a couple years ago for conceptual approval and I had forgotten all about it until last week when one of the principal architects put up rough rendering on his FB page. I hate to see another hotel being proposed DT but the design is cool.

Best of luck to a hotel on that end of town, but that end does need some sprucing up
