I've been thinking this for a long time since Dana and friends are so anti everything. But I thought North Chas. would have tried first. Mt. Pleasant would be better I think, but don't think that community will past it.
If they do decide not to build it downtown watch the hot-ti toties try to gobble that area up for free or next to nothing for more condos.
And they cry now that the cruise terminal will cause to much traffic downtown, but if 500 or so condos are built on that site it will cause even 'more' traffic every day as compared to one day a week that the ship is in.
