On my way to my dentist in Cornelius about every third car I pass today in Lincoln & Mecklenburg County did not have their head lights on during today's rain.
I turn on my lights and blare my horn so that everyone knows exactly where I'am and where I'm going.
I read in the drivers handbook that you're supposed to blow the horn when passing someone. But after my first trip from Charlotte to Mooresville up I77, I'd been flipped off so many times I'd begun to think it was a new greeting I wasn't aware of.
This, and people racing through school zones while the lights are flashing are my two biggest driving pet peeves here.
