"Special" teams?! What's so special about the Panthers' special teams? Oh yah, it's especially horrid.

I just got back from the game. It was my first Panther's game or any professional game as far as that goes. They hype was fun, but I sat beside the fattest person at the game and couldn't move, and the team absolutely stunk. Looks like last year's record might be tied. I don't know if Newton is that great or the rest of the team being so horrible makes him look good?

I know that people will say the we have a good team and have made others work for their wins, but come on, a loss is a loss no matter "how good" our team is. I seemed as if everyone on the team had been to happy hour or something before they played. Garcia is questionable in my book. He needs to be put on probation.

I am hoping that two straight years of humiliation will make next year a winner.

They were drafted from the special olympics. Seriously, I love special kids but couldn't resist saying that. My sense of humor needs work.

You know what - I retract my original comment. The ENTIRE team stunk today, not just special teams. Poor physical effort, no mental strength to overcome early setbacks, and unfortunately--Too many injuries to OL and LB.

I too had thought of going to a game during this home-stretch. Figured I could pick up some tickets for cheap. I'm glad I didn't.

So did they serve your namesake at the game?

Wow that was bad on every front. Looks like my bet might be safe if this keeps up, not a good performance coming out of the bye week

You do realize the Titans also didn't go through otas... in fact, Johnson didn't even play in preseason.

2 Weeks to prep, I would assume the game would be closer but it didn't appear so.

While special teams and run defense were not present, lets not forget the offense.
9 3-and-outs... ouch.

At least, next week we go to 0-10 Indy.

What did they do during the bye? I was busy watching the Steeler game but it was obvious early on the game was over.
