Of course Price Mill is my favorite We've got tons of Middle Schoolers over here and I have to say (pretty sure you all are sick of hearing me say this) but we seriously have the nicest group of kids in our neighborhood. I've listened to stories on other forums.....we aren't the norm. You are very fortunate to be commuting in that direction. Very easy!! Good luck!!

Also Anklin Forest, Wesley Oaks, Providence Place, Lake Providence, Hollister...

It all depends on exactly what you are looking for in a home and a community I agree with what a previous poster said -- you will have many options. Best to narrow down based on your list of priorities.

Friends of ours mentioned Waxhaw today to add to our search as well. Our price range is $200-350K. We have two children 5 & 6. My DH and I are both teachers who will need employment for the fall. Thank you for any insight.

You have several options. What are you looking for in a home/neighborhood?

We are looking to have atleast .4 acres and up. We don't want a .10 acre postage stamp lot. I would love to have a pool in the community and a play area for the kids. Does this help? Thank you

I know exactly what you mean about the lot. I remember looking at a few houses last year and you could literally "eat dinner" with your neighbors because they built the dining rooms so close to each other. I've given you a link below to a great house down the street from us. This is a very unusual divorce situation that has forced the price so low.....great house surrounded by kids your kids' age. I will also PM you some info that I don't want to get in trouble for posting. The schools in Wesley Chapel are great. In fact, we have one of the only elems in UC to not use Math Trailblazers (if you do a search, you will see that there has been much discussion about this). Good luck in your search.....It was just this time last year when we were looking.
