Hi, guys! Really appreciate all the good wishes! Kids came down and helped move some furniture today (to reach a phone jack) so we could get hubby set up with his cardiac monitor. No one informed us ahead of time that we would need a dedicated phone line for the monitor (can't have DSL on the phone line). Luckily, we have 2 lines into the house (business line) so we were able to set up the monitor on that line. Not sure what that means as far as using it as a business line any longer, tho, LOL. But that is fine . . . seems everyone uses cells these days anyway.
Grilling out this evening. No chocolate cake, Rosie . . . apple pie, instead, lol! EM: definitely am in holding pattern at 39!!!

so, what's up with these early Sunday mornings lately I go to a church whose service is at 11.30 AM for crying out loud!!
well, another busy day; first, have to go to Mosaic to drop off the microphones for the morning service, then to Harvest CC to see a young lady commissioned as a missionary...she is very close to my heart...then, back to Mosaic for our church city-wide kickoff of service. (You will hear/see more about this in the coming weeks...and, not just from me!!)
Home to do HOMEWORK!! (maybe I will take a little nap first). WHEW!!
Just packing, cleaning and patching/painting walls. Have fed ex coming tomorrow to pick up my boxes to be shipped down to Miami. Driving down Tues with the kitties..Should be fun..

Last day of summer! Woooo hooooooooo!
I'm feeling refreshed after a weekend in Blowing Rock with some friends. So nice to get away! Sounds like everyone had a ball at home without me. I walked in to see the 3 of them playing poker. Nice. Oh, the youngest is 2, btw.
I go back to work tomorrow, too. (preschool teacher). SO looking forward to it! 12 of someone else's kids are often much more fun to deal with than my own 2.
