very interesting. I am planning on moving to Minneapolis. I am black and my fiance is white. So its nice to hear that it is very accepted there.

I don't think you'll find a big problem much of anywhere, but the University area is among the most diverse in town and you would be one of thousands. It's a very accepting part of town.

I hope everything goes well, but in the back of my mind I know that there are people here who will definitely have a problem with it. I am black, and have experienced on a few different occasions minor racism and this is without the company of a white female! They better be glad I did not go off on them. Just keep your guards up because North Carolina has its share of ignorant rednecks! Believe me, I KNOW!!!!
