last week my husbands car just died...he's only been in Charlotte for 3 weeks, so he calls me here in Fayetteville, I get online and look for places near his apartment.. Found this one:

he had the car towed there, they checked it out all day the next day trying to find something wrong, didn't (my husband thinks the traffic light he was at in Cornelius where it said to pull up to trip the green, the sensor or whatever the pulse it sent to trip the light messed with the computer in the car) find anything, then
didn't even charge him the diagnostic fee. The car's been fine, and he's avoided that light! They were pleasant and said to bring it right back if there was another problem and they'd do what they could.
So, I don't really know how great they are at fixing things, but they were nice, they have 4 locations (he went to the one on Tryon) and they didn't seem out to "find" problems that aren't there, like the shop here in Fayetteville tried to do to us.
