Does anyone know anything about Willowbrook, IL? (Darien, Hinsdale: homes, school district)

I hear it's near Burr Ridge, Hinsdale, Darien and so forth.
Is Willowbrook a safe and nice area? What schools, and where, and are they good? Whatever info you have would be great. Also what's the drive like into the city/downtown? Malls?

Yes, Willowbrook is near Hinsdale and is very safe. It is considered a rather ritzy area to be honest. There are a lot of older homes that would fall under the category of being rather on the large side. Willowbrook has an excellent school district and plenty of shopping nearby as well as freeway/tollway access. Property values in this area are still on the rise and many people have been rehabbing the old homes or just knocking them down to make way for new mansion style homes.

So, to answer your question, Willowbrook is very nice.
