Living in the Midwest creates many weather related issues, such as ice dams and frost build-up in the attic. Every few years, especially when there are record snowfalls like we’ve had this winter, we have cases where attic vents are blocked by snowfall creating heat build-up in the attic area. Heat trapped in the attic can create a “rain” effect as frost which has built–up in the attic due to the lack of ventilation melts. When this happens, we thoroughly investigate the cause of the problem and make our best attempts to explain the phenomena. Lakewood is a quality builder
I have two family members who have owned Lakewood Homes. They both had a great experience. There will always be a few strong opinions posted about negative experiences...but too often the majority of happy buyers do not chose to express their happiness in this format.
