If you saw the post about the shooting in Naperville you might have seen that the Naperville & Aurora cops had the list of suspect ready to go in like 48 hrs.
They have the five guys in custody like another day or two later down in Will County.

That doesn't just happen because these are super cops or something -- these bad dudes were turned over the cops by their neighbors. People HAD to call in/cooperate with this investigation or these dudes would still be out there...
That is what keeps neighborhoods safe -- people picking up the phone and not letting people get away with crime.
I don't care what town it is and how white or black it is, if the bad dudes get caught fast the town will be OK to live in. If people think they can get away with minor law breaking it will get worse. If people turn in neighbors for doing **** the town will be safe...
