I don't fear walking near a group of teenagers just hanging out. I live in hyde park and see blacks hanging out in groups all the time. Just like I dont suspect all white men with young children are abducting perverts.

I personally don't think that white people are that shallow that they would fear walking past black teens. I do believe that whites would fear a group of black teens with their pants falling down giving of a bad vibe as suspicious.

I know there are some very stupid white people that are the exemption to my theory that will fear all black people but they are not the majority.
