Ya, that is garbage ChiGirl. If I were you I would appeal it. I dont know if you have any shot of winning, but if what your saying is true that is complete B.S.

I know!! I was so upset that I cried all morning just because it was so unfair! That's why I got a parking spot because I didn't want to deal with it anymore. I was going to appeal it but the process is impossible and you have to take off work to do it.

Here is another question: WHERE DOES ALL THAT MONEY GO TO BECAUSE IT'S NOT GOING TO FIX THE DANG POTHOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?

Are you sure you were not parked over a crosswalk,by a fire hydrant, or in a bus stop area?

Yes... and my tow form specifically says parked in a zone No Parking 4:30pm-6:30pm. Towed at 6:28pm!!! (Supposedly.. they clearly must have set their clocks way back)
