It's threads like these that give religion, and some versions of Christianity in particular, a bad name.
OP, would you please take a course or two in science taught by people with actual brains?
But it's only people like you who have such an opinion over trivial matters, and if religious folks weren't your target, then it'd just be some other demographic against whom you could redirect your self-hate.
Here's the bottom line. If God is going to slay anyone, there is NOTHING he/she can do to stay his hand. If God wants a portion of the people of earth DEAD, then it will be so. That doesn't mean we should be afraid. We aren't supposed to fear death, remember? We all have a death appointment. Get over it. There is death all around us all the time. Why the fear mongering? Didn't Jesus tell us a zillion times not the BE AFRAID of the things we can see with our natural eyes? That is what faith is - seeing by the Spirit - not by the natural eyes. So all your bellowing is moot.
Your entire post was an error, seeing as none of it is true.
You mean the area Sandy most affected did not vote for Obama? And New Orleans is not a vile and sinful place and those areas of Tuscaloosa are not crime ridden? When did all that change?
