Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but through me."

Do you believe that?

Explain why or why not.

Yes I do..

explanation-because I believe the Bible is the word of God, and it is 100% true and accurate. Jesus told us and those listening to him that day that he was the only way to the Father. He paved the way for us to be holy before God by his dying on the cross for our sins.

Absolutely... Christ is the only way.

Upon repentance we receive salvation by the grace of God, justified through faith in Him, because of the death of His Son, our sacrifice.

I believe that salvation can only be found in the name of Love.
And that once you understand this Jesus' philosophy is the only way to achieve salvation.

Benedictus (Baruch) de Spinoza (1632-77), the most religious of the rationalist philosophers, was nevertheless excommunicated from the Hebrew religion and shunned by the Jewish community in Amsterdam. Yet he probably came closest to defining the nature of God and man’s intuitive knowledge of the divinity. To paraphrase the conclusion of The Ethics: The path to salvation is a difficult road to follow. Needs must it be so, for while many travel along the way, few reach its journey’s end. For those that do, theirs is not a heavenly reward, for their virtue is its own reward; that and the certain knowledge that all things excellent are as difficult as they are rare.

Nice philosophy, but it's a question on Jesus Christ.

I assume your answer is 'not the only way', yes?

Jesus is the ONLY way without question or hesitation, He said so Himself, I believe that the word of God is sure and so I believe it to be so.............after all who else can say that they have died for my sins and are now today risen again???? He is the ONLY way

Why do you keep insisting that philosophy and religion are mutually exclusive?

Jesus' only way is through realising that only love can conquer hate & evil.
I'm sure there are philosophies before those of Jesus who have said the exact same thing.
