I have never lived in a haunted house, but I have met people who are tormented and not in control of their thoughts and actions. Of course evil is real and evil must have a body to manifest itself into the world, just as God must have a body to manifest his goodness into the world. You're absolutely right. Pagan activities only increase the problem, because 9 times out of 10 pagan activities BROUGHT the problem in the first place. It's like throwing gas on a fire, it only gets worse. The only solution is a right relationship and close walk with Him, and in the power of His name/nature of the HG, all things can be overcome by the blood, and our testimony (that we loved not our own lives, even unto death).
